REFUND:
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 3 business days to have the product picked from your place and after that refund will be initiated. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

NOTE:

1. Return is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state or label is damaged or removed
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online

cancellation of order:
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@fashiontattva.com in within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
